Diverse Belonging is an exhibition featuring UNSW student competition artworks celebrating the work of the Disability Innovation Institute UNSW (DIIU).  

The Diverse Belonging competition encouraged students to reflect on their thoughts and experiences of disability, inclusion, and community, and to imagine futures where diverse belonging is actively created and sustained. The theme celebrates diverse bodies and minds as a source of strength, creativity, and innovation. 

UNSW Health Translation Hub 

Diverse Belongings is presented in partnership with UNSW’s Disability Innovation Institute, Creative Communities and Health Translation Hub. 

  • Winning works from the competition will be on display from 20 March to 7 April 2026. 

  • Diverse Belonging will be shown as a pop-up exhibition in conjunction with the Future of Health Exhibition. 

  • The exhibition is free for everyone, open weekdays 8am – 6pm, no bookings required.  

  • Located on the Ground Floor of the Health Translation Hub the HTH exhibition space is wheelchair accessible. 

  • UNSW Health Translation Hub, 55 Botany St, Randwick.
